Hi, I’m Angus. I run this ‘ere blog.

My day job is working in social media for a train company, but my days off are spent travelling – often for the journey, rather than the destination.

Obscure ways of getting around are my thing. Well, that and writing and taking pretty pictures.

For the sake of transparency, I don’t review products or services operated by my employer or their owner(s).

That said, my role entitles me to concessionary rates with a number of unaffiliated transport operators, which I take full advantage of.

If, by sheer luck, a business invites me a to travel with them, then I will state this very clearly at the beginning of the post.
